How does the three-tier system work?+
Every service, moving or junk removal, comes in three tiers: a top tier staffed by our most experienced people with the fullest service (Master Movers for moving, Premium for junk removal), a middle tier with solid, reliable service, and a foundational tier that's still fully trained and careful, just more hands-on for you.
What's a "Regret Buy-Back"?+
If we haul something off and you change your mind, we'll bring it back. On Premium junk removal, that delivery is free. On our Elevated tier it's $50 per trip, and on Basic it's $75 per trip.
Do you take hazardous chemicals?+
Only on our Premium junk removal tier. Elevated and Basic tiers don't accept hazardous materials.
What happens to the stuff you remove?+
Everything is evaluated before it's treated as trash. Usable items are sorted for resale through The Unfunkery, donation, non-profit delivery, or recycling. Our pricing includes that sorting, it's not an add-on.
Are there hidden fees?+
No. Every junk removal price includes labor, dump fees, and sorting. Every move includes shrink-wrapping, dollies, blankets, ratchet straps, and door-to-door service.

Request a quote and we'll walk the space with you, in person or by video, and give you a firm number based on the tier you choose.
